Eligibility for Convocation 2024

  • A candidate who has completed eligibility requirements in the academic year 2023-24 First Degree, Higher Degree and Ph.D. Programmes of BITS Pilani, Pilani Campus.
  • Candidate should not have any dues in SWD.
  • It is mandatory to participate in rehearsal to be allowed to attend the main function to receive degree.
  • The candidates who have already received a degree are not eligible to receive the degree in the Convocation.
